Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative at ARXA Communications. As a Customer Sales Representative and BDE ( BDE Business Development Executive), main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional sales support. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, and assisting customers in finding the right solutions for their needs. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and strive to exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in the call center industry is a plus
